Back-Ups
occur on a regular basis.
They are
first copied to an external hard drive where they are then copied to DVD
format for storage. Two copies for twice the protection.
Before
long we will acquire a safe deposit box to begin storing our DVD
back-ups so that they are maintained in a secure location away from the
business location in case of uncertain disaster.
We realize
that losing your data can be inconvenient and sometimes disastrous. We
will make every effort to insure that your data is secure under any
circumstances.*
*illdill is
not responsible for user related errors such as accidental file
deletions/overwrites before a regular back-up occurs. In some cases,
your file may still be available in a sufficiently reusable state on a
recent back-up. There is a fee associated with recovering files under
these circumstances so be sure to review our procedures for making sure
you can still recover your own files in such cases.
